In this role, you will:
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of equipment, including John Deere and other leading brands we carry.
Communicate directly with customers to review service work, explain findings, and ensure they understand the maintenance or repairs completed on their machines.
Stay up to date with the latest John Deere product advancements and technologies through ongoing training and technical resources.
Participate in Optimization Clinics and service events that help customers get the most out of their equipment investments.
