Over the past several months, Fulline Farm & Garden Equipment has proudly operated as part of the Podolinsky Equipment family following our acquisition announcement in 2025.
Podolinsky Equipment is a family-owned and operated John Deere dealership with over 61 years of history, founded in 1964 by Ludvik and Anne Podolinsky and carried forward through three generations. The Podolinsky family has also been part of Fulline Farm & Garden Equipment since its inception in 1987 — making this transition a natural next chapter built on long-standing relationships, shared values, and a deep commitment to our customers and communities.
As the next step in that journey, we’re pleased to share that effective February 1, Fulline Farm & Garden Equipment will officially operate under the Podolinsky Equipment name.

When does the name change take effect?
The official rebrand takes effect on February 1.
Is Fulline closing?
No. Your local dealership remains open and operating as usual—just under the Podolinsky Equipment name.
Will there be changes to staff or management?
No. You’ll continue to work with the same trusted team you know today.
Will my service history, warranties, or existing orders be affected?
No. All service records, warranties, and current orders will continue without interruption.
Will billing, invoices, or payments change?
